We have a safety management plan covering the manufacturing workshop and site safety. The plan is compliant with the current WA OS&H regulations and requirements.
Our safety plan is flexible enough to be modified for individual site needs to meet the requirements of our staff whilst maintaining our own high standards.
We are always reviewing our SWMS and JSA's (Job Safety Analysis) documents to ensure they meet the changing needs of our manufacturing workshop and meet the changing needs for our clients and the site requirements.
All supervisors have their own site files and ensure that Prestarts and Toolbox meetings are completed and recorded on every project.
All staff are trained for the positions and are fully inducted for safety.
